Sam Szabla

From a very young age, it was obvious that Sam was gifted. His talent emerged early; at seven he was winning most awards for art and design, and by twelve he was winning state championships for the math team, making him a rare combination of designer and academic. There is no doubt that being raised by grandmother Rita, a school teacher, helped mould his old world values and honed his natural ability to listen and imagine.

As a teenager Sam went on to win Junior Achievement scholarships and awards, and was teaching business classes to 5th and 6th graders while he was only in the 10th grade. In his early 20's Sam went on to become a very successful entrepreneur and designer, opening restaurants and retail stores, as well as manufacturing soaps and candles. During this period he was busy designing model homes, island getaways and Beverly Hills estates. There was even a long list of celebrities that were purchasing his exclusive designs for their homes in California and Hawaii. By the time Sam was 29, he was already the owner of two hotels in South Beach, which he redesigned and rebranded from scratch.

As has been the case his entire life, someone wanted to buy everything he has created, from his personal estate to his hotels, restaurants, and retail stores. Eventually, this led Sam to decide to offer his services to others as a consultant, allowing his passion to create an endless opportunity of new and exciting projects. Now in his 30's he has his own design and consulting firm.

In addition to working on consulting and designing, he is the exclusive designer for Hibiscus Island Home, Island 29, Treasured Thread, Boxfurd Cotton, and his own brand Sam Szabla. With clients all over the world, you never know where Sam will be popping up next. To be offered the opportunity to work with him is said to be a fun and positive life changing experience.
